Florida Sunset Association Management provides a team of professionals with expertise in a variety of areas. Our managers will manage your community with a “hands-on” approach. Our company manages from the field, not from behind a desk. We manage many communities and we develop knowledge and insights that cannot be developed, nor expected, from our competitors.

STEVEN MACKESY

President/Managing Partner

Steve oversees all operations of the company while managing a portfolio in Ft Myers. Steve carries the designations of CMCA and AMS from the Community Association Institute and is a Certified Pool Contractor and Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

Janette Mackesy

Vice President/Managing Partner

Janette brings 30+ years of Association Management to the company first obtaining her license in 1985 and holds the CMCA designation.

Scott Thompson

Scott has worked for several management companies in SW Florida including heading up the Captiva operations of Island Management which was owned by the owners of Florida Sunset. Scott brings a strong wealth of knowledge of the area including many good relationships with local vendors.

Wayne Mackesy

Community Association Manager

Wayne brings his many years of “hospitality management” to the company and serves a large portfolio in Ft Myers from condominiums to HOA’s.

Kim Luebke

Community Association Manager

Kim brings her many years of experience in the industry which allows her to serve her clients with top notch management services.

Dominique Panaretos

Administrative Assistant

Dominiques many years in the hospitality industry has equipped her with the skills to be able to assist clients with their various needs while keeping the Ft Myers office organized.

Amber Kelly

Alexis Melle

Amber and Alexis handle the administrative duties for the team. They are your first contact when you call our office and assist solving problems and initiating our customer service policies.

Tommy Scozzafava

Tommy heads up the Pool and Spa Division of Florida Sunset. Tommy has worked for the ownership for over 8 years and maintains and repairs many of the swimming pools and spas in the portfolio. Tommy is always “nearby” allowing Florida Sunset to keep their swimming operations in force.

David and Rob are the “boots on the ground” assisting Associations with pool service and repairs, maintenance and janitorial tasks and assisting the managers as being another set of eyes on the property.
